Need to exchange or return your purchase? We’re here to assist! You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to make an exchange or return.

Exchange - Ordered the Wrong Product?

It happens! We’re here to help you get the right product quickly:

  • Email us at info@bellafashionboutique.com with your order number and the size you need, and we’ll guide you through your exchange options.
  • Your new size could be on its way to you within 24 hours, depending on your choice!

Returns - Want to Return an Item?

Returning an item is easy! Just follow these steps:

  • Email us at info@ bellafashionboutique.com with your order number, name, and the reason for the return, and we’ll provide the necessary return instructions.
  • You’ll receive a return form from us. Please complete it thoroughly and include it in your return package.
  • Send your package back via the carrier of your choice within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that returns must be sent to our central warehouse in China. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
  • Once your return reaches our warehouse, we’ll process it within 10 business days, and our returns department will keep you updated via email.

For items purchased on sale or at a discount, Avire Attire does not offer refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from our collection or for store credit.

We reserve the right to decline returns if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged without our fault. Only unworn and tagged products are eligible for return.

Defective or Damaged Products?

No worries! Defective items will be replaced promptly and free of charge, with no need to return them. However, a photo as proof is required before we can process a refund or a free return.

Important: Never send returns directly to the sender. We’ll provide you with the correct return address when you request it. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned products.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer (a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside your trade, business, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed, and we cannot stop the shipping process until delivery. Refunds are only possible after we receive the returned goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Avire Attire) via a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal will only be effective once the goods are returned to us. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Tracking Shipments in Transit

Our products are shipped from Europe, America or Asia, so longer transit times may occur, which are beyond our control. If your goods are already en route, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. You may notify us of your cancellation in advance to expedite the process. To ensure a quick return, please send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal and the goods. For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless we expressly agree otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Please note that return shipping is at your own expense. All returns should be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
